aroonplay is strictly for players aged 21 years and older. Registering, depositing, or playing while under 21 is a material breach of these Terms. aroonplay will close any underage account and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.
Each individual may hold only one aroonplay account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under PAGCOR regulations and aroonplay policy. If duplicate accounts are detected, both may be suspended and balances may be withheld pending review.
Identity verification (KYC) using a valid Philippine government-issued ID is required before aroonplay processes any withdrawal. KYC is also required if aroonplay has reasonable cause to verify your identity at any point during account operation.
All aroonplay bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. aroonplay reserves the right to void bonus funds if abuse is detected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction. aroonplay operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the directives of relevant regulatory authorities.
aroonplay provides deposit limits, session controls, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude may not attempt to re-register under a new account. aroonplay takes problem gambling seriously and enforces self-exclusion rigorously.
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by aroonplay ("aroonplay", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the aroonplay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use aroonplay.
1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User") and aroonplay governing your access to and use of the aroonplay website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and ancillary services (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By completing the aroonplay registration process — which includes ticking the acceptance checkbox confirming you have read and agreed to these Terms — you enter into a binding contract with aroonplay on the terms set out herein.
1.3 aroonplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address or mobile number on record at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory authorities or applicable law. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 These Terms must be read in conjunction with aroonplay's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms that may apply to individual offers.

2.2 aroonplay is intended for the Philippine market. Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of aroonplay complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
Age Verification: aroonplay takes underage gambling seriously. Any account where there is reasonable suspicion of the account holder being under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended pending identity and age verification. Winnings accrued during any period of underage use will be forfeited.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual player may hold only one (1) registered account on aroonplay. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. aroonplay reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to have registered more than one account and to void any winnings generated across those accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if your information changes. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aroonplay login credentials (username, password, and OTP codes). You must not share your credentials with any third party. aroonplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your aroonplay account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact aroonplay's support team immediately. aroonplay may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary security measure pending investigation.
3.5 Non-Transferability. aroonplay accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds, winnings, or entitlements associated with your account to any other party.
4.1 In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR directives, aroonplay is required to verify the identity of its members before processing withdrawals and at any other point where verification is deemed necessary.
4.2 KYC verification requires the submission of at least one (1) valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include:
4.3 aroonplay may request additional supporting documents — including proof of address or source-of-funds documentation — where required by applicable regulatory obligations or where the Platform has identified a transaction that requires enhanced due diligence.
4.4 aroonplay will process KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals will remain pending until KYC approval is confirmed.
4.5 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and, in some circumstances, account suspension.
aroonplay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the Platform's cashier section. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take one (1) to two (2) business days to reflect in your aroonplay wallet depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. aroonplay does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are generally processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on a banking day, and on the next banking day for requests submitted after that cutoff.
Withdrawals are only processed to accounts and payment methods registered in the same name as the verified aroonplay account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. aroonplay reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request where there is a discrepancy between the account name and the destination payment account.
All transactions on aroonplay are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aroonplay does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
aroonplay reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) the transaction is suspected to involve fraudulent activity; (b) the KYC documentation on file is incomplete or expired; (c) the transaction would violate applicable anti-money laundering regulations; or (d) the account is under investigation.
6.1 aroonplay may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free credits, and other promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your aroonplay account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus wagering must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. aroonplay actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing opposing bets across accounts; exploiting technical errors; or employing strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, aroonplay reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the account.
6.4 Promotional Eligibility. Unless otherwise stated, promotions on aroonplay are available to eligible registered members only. aroonplay reserves the right to determine eligibility and to exclude specific members from promotional offers at its sole discretion where eligibility criteria are not met.
6.5 aroonplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions that materially affect participating members will be communicated promptly.
7.1 All games available on aroonplay are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules, paytable, and terms of each game before placing real-money wagers.
7.2 Random Number Generation. RNG-based games on aroonplay use certified random number generators provided by the game software providers. aroonplay does not independently operate or modify the RNG of any game. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
7.3 Disconnections. aroonplay is not responsible for interruptions to your gaming session caused by internet connectivity issues on your device or network. Where a disconnection occurs during a live dealer hand or spin in progress, aroonplay's system will resolve the round according to the game's predetermined rules. Winnings resulting from a completed round will be credited to your account.
7.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, aroonplay's game logs and server records shall be the definitive record. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with aroonplay's support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the game round in question.
7.5 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on aroonplay and are displayed within each game interface. aroonplay reserves the right to adjust bet limits on specific games or for specific accounts at any time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on aroonplay and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
aroonplay cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other regulatory bodies. Accounts and transactions suspected of involving criminal activity will be reported as required by law.
9.1 All content on the aroonplay Platform — including but not limited to the aroonplay name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of aroonplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 aroonplay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any aroonplay content without the prior written consent of aroonplay.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aroonplay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds in your aroonplay wallet at the time the claim arises.
10.2 aroonplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.3 aroonplay shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by events beyond aroonplay's reasonable control, including but not limited to: government actions, regulatory directives, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits aroonplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 aroonplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gaming on aroonplay should be a form of entertainment. If gaming is negatively affecting your financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships, you should make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your aroonplay account settings or contact our support team.
11.2 aroonplay makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered members:
11.3 Self-Exclusion. If you choose to self-exclude from aroonplay, the exclusion will be applied within twenty-four (24) hours of your request being received. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a material breach of these Terms.
11.4 aroonplay reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on an account at its own initiative where the Platform's responsible gaming monitoring systems identify behavioural patterns associated with problem gambling.

12.1 aroonplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any aroonplay account at any time and without prior notice where aroonplay has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, aroonplay will conduct a reasonable investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, aroonplay will reinstate the account and any legitimately accrued balance.
12.3 You may request closure of your aroonplay account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.
13.1 aroonplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an aroonplay account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 aroonplay does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with authorised service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification providers), regulatory authorities where required by law, and law enforcement agencies in response to lawful requests.

14.1 aroonplay may amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.
14.2 Where amendments are material in nature, aroonplay will notify registered members via the contact details on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications may be made without advance notice.
14.3 Your continued use of aroonplay after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using aroonplay and contact the support team to request account closure.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the aroonplay Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, aroonplay encourages members to first contact the aroonplay support team to seek an informal resolution. aroonplay will make reasonable efforts to resolve member complaints promptly and fairly.
15.3 Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
